the hottest mom, selena gomez, has a brand new look and is flaunting her curves in a new playboy magazine photoshoot for the publication’s new september issue. gomez looks smokin’ hot in an orange bikini that shows off her round, curvy body, and she keeps her long blonde hair swept behind her ears for added oomph.

the shoot with the pop singer took place in new york. the two met at the grammys in january, and the grammys performance was “pretty epic,” she told pop magazine. after the performance, cyrus and cardi b met backstage. as pop reported, cyrus went to the bathroom and said, i just met someone who is going to be an icon. the former hannah montana star was a fan of the rapper, who is one of her favorite artists, and they hit it off.

The Latin beauty in question, Selena Gomez just dropped out of high school at the tender age of 19 to pursue a career as a singer and actress. The classically trained music icon, whose debut was 1991s Billboard Hot 100 number one single Come & Get It, has released five studio albums since 1998 with the most recent being her latest Back To Me, released in July 2007. Did you ever really think you would go to Playboy?Ive always been a part of the Playboy magazine. [But] I never thought I would be the centerfold. [My] turning point [in my life] was when I did Spring Breakers and I was like, Im not going to work anymore. And I was over being the mall girl. I was like, I can do whatever I want.
When did you first hear the call?I got a call from Playboys publicist saying, They would like for you to go to Miami and do the shoot. I was really intrigued. I couldnt believe they were asking me to do the Playboy. I was like, I cant believe youre asking me this! (laughs) Is there still a part of you that finds it strange?I look at the pictures and it reminds me of the old days. It really does but I think it would be strange if I wasnt. I was always a fan of the magazine. [It] would be kind of weird if I didnt think its a great thing.
I have seen people who have posed for Playboys before and they have said ‘It was so easy, you just do it’, but Ive never really done it, so I think when Im on set I try to make sure I am in my comfort zone a little more, but Ive always felt comfortable, and I guess I feel so lucky to be able to do what I love. I don’t shoot myself, because I believe in finding artists who will authentically express their love and respect for their craft. I mean, Ive taken a lot of photos of myself, but Ive always strived to have the best possible pictures on set of my subjects, so Ive been fortunate in that respect.
